Our firm represents both franchisees and franchisors in the purchase and sale of franchise rights, negotiation of franchise development agreements and enforcement of franchise rights. We have counseled franchisors and franchisees in many stages of the franchise relationship, including the preparation and analysis of offering circulars and franchise agreements, related disclosure and registration issues, and organizational and territorial questions.

Our attorneys have also been involved in litigation and alternative dispute resolution for franchisors and franchisees on a host of pertinent franchise issues ranging from enforcement matters, such as compliance and audit problems, to territorial encroachment and advertising fund disputes.

Our attorneys have represented some of the more successful franchise systems in the country in recent years. We currently serve as general counsel for Off The Grill Franchising, Inc., an expanding franchise system with restaurants all across America.
